Anne Byrne (Accounts / Office Administrator )

Anne worked for 5 years in the Accounts Department of O’Sullivan Safety and a further 3 years also in Accounts section of The Office Centre in Drogheda where she gained valuable experience in accounts and general administrative duties. She manages the Accounts Department in OBC, both Debtors and Creditors, and is also currently in the role of office administrator and looks after the day to day running of the office.

Darina Collins BA FIAVI (Director)

Darina Collins has been in the property business in Drogheda for over 20 years. She has a BA from UCD in Archaeology and European Art History and completed her professional qualifications in 1998 becoming a fully fledged member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute. In 2007 she was appointed a Fellow of the IAVI and currently holds the position of Secretary for the North East Region. Darina specialises in Residential Sales, Valuation and Lettings, both new and second hand, and has extensive experience in the local market.

Gabriel O'Brien BSc ASCS MRICS MIAVI (Director)

Gabriel O'Brien BSc, ASCS, MRICS, MIAVI With 20 years experience in the commercial property market, Gabriel, a graduate of the University of Ulster, Belfast first worked in Jones Lang LaSalle and NCB in Dublin before moving to Johannesburg to work for the property division of Anglo American / De Beers. Since 1995, Gabriel has been working solely in the field of commercial property within greater Drogheda and is the only GP Chartered Surveyor in the town, specializing in sales and lettings of all commercial properties (retail, offices, retail park, business park, industrial and development lands) together with commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and general development consultancy.
