Carthy and Associates was founded in August 2001 by Roscommon town native Seamus Carthy. Seamus completed the Certificate and Diploma in Auctioneering, Valuation and Estate Agency before completeing an honours degree in Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University. His new firm is a full member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute I.A.V.I. Carthy & Associates offer expertise in all aspects of property. Carthy & Associates provide expert advice and assistance in relation to a complete range of property services.
