Cumisky Myler Real Estate Alliance has a well-earned reputation for providing excellent property advice and services to its many clients in the North County Dublin/Meath area. In business for over 25 years, the company’s ethos continues to be about providing a professional, ethical and dynamic service. Clients include Fingal County Council, Noonan Construction, Sisters of Mercy, Moriarty Holdings and several financial institutions.
Aine Myler, a Director of the Company, is the current President of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute, is the only GP Chartered Surveyor in the area and has a Masters Degree in Planning & Development Economics. Her principal practice areas of expertise cover professional services and include Commercial Property Valuation & Acquisition, Expert Witness for Rent Review & Litigation, Compulsory Purchase and all Landlord & Tenant issues.
