O’Brien Collins Real Estate Alliance was established in 2002 and offers their clients a professional and specialised property service within the greater Drogheda area. Since then the company, a founder member of the national property group Real Estate Alliance, has gone from strength to strength, increasing the number of professional staff employed. O’Brien Collins Real Estate Alliance handles a large portfolio of both commercial and residential properties in addition to several new homes schemes. With 20 years experience in the commercial property market, Gabriel, a graduate of the University of Ulster, Belfast first worked in Jones Lang LaSalle and NCB in Dublin before moving to Johannesburg to work for the property division of Anglo American / De Beers. Since 1995, Gabriel has been working solely in the field of commercial property within greater Drogheda and is the only GP Chartered Surveyor in County Louth. Areas of Expertise: Sales and lettings of all commercial properties (retail, offices, retail park, business park, industrial and development lands). Commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, arbitration and general development consultancy.
