George Sothern is the founder of Sothern Real Estate Alliance, specialises in the sale and valuation of all aspects of commercial property ranging from development sites, both commercial and residential to licence premises, retail shops, shopping centres and retail parks etc.

George Sothern has over 40 years experience in property in the Carlow area and has a huge wealth of experience in valuations and sales. He has been involved in the auctioneering business through several recessions and is therefore well positioned to give fair and considered valuations in the current climate. George has been involved in the sales or lettings of the most of the large commercial developments in the area during the last 20 years and has local knowledge in dealing with planning, project management, sales and lettings. Areas of expertise include land valuations, acquistions and landlord and tenant".
