Harry Sothern
PROFILE
Sothern Real Estate Alliance was established in 1973 by George Sothern. Harry joined in 1978 and in partnership with George now manages the Carlow Office. Harry's area of expertise includes:-
Valuations - Residential, land, probate
Litigation- Expert Witness for residential, land or private housing
Residential - Second hand home sales.
New home schemes - Harry has advised builders over the last 30 years in the acquisition, planning, design and sales of new house schemes. He is conscience of marrying the builders wish to sell with architect's flair yet keeping an eye on the purchasers requirements.
