Patrick Riney has just been elected Chairman of REA on the 26th of November. Pat is also a Director and a Chartered Surveyor at Orchard Real Estate Alliance, a long established (over 36 years) Residential/Commercial Estate Agency, Valuation and Real Estate Practice. The firm deals with all aspects of the property market and Pat also deals with the development of residential/commercial Sites, Investment Opportunities and the New Homes sector. Pat Riney has over 30 years experience in the property sector, including Government appointments to the Valuation/Rent Tribunals and the PRTB. His day to day involvement in the property industry keeps him aware of what is available and the suitability of various properties for many different clients. Pat’s area of expertise include a wide range of experience gained from the development of large and small Residential Estates, Commercial Developments and Investment Properties means he has on the ground know-how available to all clients in dealing with the Acquisition, Planning, Project Management, Building, Residential/Commercial Sales and Lettings.
