PROFILE
Pauline Barrett is a partner with North*s Real Estate Alliance, based in Tralee Co Kerry. She is an Associate Member of the IAVI and also a member of FIABCI, which is the world organization of Real Estate members. She mainly acts for Clients in the private residential lettings sector and also looks after a number of Management Companies/apartment Complexes. She also has vast experience in the management of Management Companies in Shopping Centres/Retail & Offices. Pauline has been with the firm for over twenty years and advises on the rights of Landlords and Tenants. She can advise on any aspect of residential lettings, dealing with The Private Residential Tenancy Board. North*s REA offer a complete service in Property Management and would be delighted to advise you in this area.
