Peter Donohoe & Son was established over 40 years ago. Peter Donohoe Snr is a member of the IAVI for 40 years. Peter is joined by his Daughter Olivia, who managed the Ballyconnell office and Son Peter who runs the Cavan Office. Their area of expertise would extend to the counties of Cavan, Leitrim, Roscommon, South Monaghan and north Longford. and Fermanagh. They provide a wide range of expertise in all aspects of property related matters. Area of expertise include:Land Valuation & Acquisition, Consultancy Services – Strategic Portfolio Advice Commercial Valuations - for Taxation, Sale, Acquisition, Lending, Probate, Litigation etc. Landlord & Tenant - Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals.
