PROFILE

Philip was appointed to the role of Acting Chief Executive of Real Estate Alliance in August 2011. A former partner in Brophy Farrell REA in Newbridge, County Kildare, Philip was in general practice from 1989 until 2011. He also assumes the role of Business Development Manager for the Group. A Director of REA from 2005-2011, he acted as Chairman from 2005-2006.

Philip has been extremely proactive in development of the profession in Ireland over the last 10 years. In 2008 he was elected to the board of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute representing the area of Professional Services. Philip feels very passionate about the role of the Chartered Surveyor in Ireland today.
