T & J Gavigan Real Estate Alliance, Auctioneers, Valuers, Land and Estate Agents, have been one of the leading auctioneers and estate agents in Co. Meath for three generations. Tom Gavigan FIAVI ,former president of the IAVI, manages the Kells Office and his son Michael Gavigan FIAVI manages the Navan office. The year 2000 was a landmark in T & J Gavigans' history as the Firm was 60 years in business having been established in Kells in 1940.
