William Lyons
PROFILE
William Lyons M.I.A.V.I. is a graduate of Bolton Street College of Technology 1989 where he completed a three-year course in auctioneering, valuations and estate agency.
The successful completion of this course enabled William to be elected a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and he has remained a member of this body since 1989.
Prior to setting up Lyons Auctioneers, William spent 4 years working in Dublin and 7 years in Limerick City.
Working in areas such as the sales and lettings of residential, industrial, commercial and agricultural properties together with property management, valuations and rent reviews has given William excellent experience in all aspects of the property market.
Lyons Auctioneers have been operating from Main Street, Charleville, Co. Cork since 2001.
