Tenants Checklist

Here are the things that will make the whole procedure of renting a home much easier. If you have these to hand, you will find it goes much easier.

PHOTO ID

A copy of passport, drivers licence or student ID is require confirming identity.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A minimum of 1 months rent must be paid as a deposit prior to commencement of letting is refundable. It is at the termination. of the lease Subject to contract.

BANK DETAILS

To enable payment of the rent, tenants must have a current bank account. Rent is paid directly by standing order each month.

ONE MONTHS RENT IN ADVANCE

Rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order. Upon signing of lease, the first month’s rent is paid.

PPS NUMBER

To facilitate the completion of the Private Tenancies Board documentation, a PPS number is required.

REFERENCES

Upon signing of lease, 2 references must must be provided. A choice of:

• Employers Reference
• Previous Landlord
• Bank Reference
