Seller Checklist

(to help sell your home faster)

  • Correct Address (as per your title documents)
  • How old is your property?
  • Size of site (if applicable)
  • BER Cert and Report (legal requirement)
  • Property Services Regulatory Authority agreement
  • Utility Bill & Photo ID (no more than 3 months old)
  • Solicitor Details
  • Title - solicitor to requisition deeds (request from bank)
  • Land registry map (rights of way etc.)
  • Management Fees / parking information
  • LPT & NPPR receipts to solicitor for Deed of Discharge from Revenue.
  • Any works carried out to the property such as attic conversion, extensions etc. will require a certificate of compliance for planning & building regulations
