For over 40 years Sothern Real Estate Alliance have helped guide both vendors and purchasers through the whole process of selling or buying property. We handle several new housing estates and have a wide choice of second hand homes for sale at any given time. Our strong commercial department deals in the sale or lease of industrial, retail and offices.

We value land and property for probate purposes, separations and are on many institutional valuers’ panels. Since 2006 we have had a close association with Youngfields OCP offering shares in  Syndicated German commercial property to our clients.

Sothern Lettings

As a natural follow on to our residential agency we have decided to start "Sothern Lettings".  This will be led by Catherine Sothern who's experience as an interior designer will help ensure properties are presentated looking their very best in order to maximise rental and obtain the best tenants possible.  There are two strands to our rental agency - for those wishing for us to simply obtain a tenant - we have our tenant  find package. We will also offer a complete management package and kit out service.
