Real Estate Alliance comprising some of the country's best-established auctioneers and estate agents, of whom all must be member firms of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute and or The Society of Chartered Surveyors. The group's aim is to provide the best service through the most experienced, qualified and professionally recognised estate agents and auctioneers throughout the country.

Real Estate Alliance member firms draw on vast experience in offering clients a top class service in residential, commercial, agricultural and development valuations, sales, purchases and lettings. We also provide professional services such as acquisitions, planning, zoning, Compulsory Purchase, Social Housing advice, rent reviews, arbitrations, lease renewals and appraisals and also stock sales and valuations.
Our members sit on government bodies such as the Valuation Tribunal, Private Residential Tenancies Board and on the councils and boards of property industry bodies such as the IAVI, the SCS, FIABCI, etc. See list of existing clients of the group on Who We Work For.
Real Estate Alliance is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in Ireland. The Company is owned in equal shares by the principals of the member firms. Membership is open to qualifying applicants and is subject to a strict vetting procedure by the board and members.
Committees within the group focus on specialities and strive to make best practise common practise among members and to disseminate our expertise to the group's clients. Active committees cover areas such as, valuation practise and methods, rent to buy schemes, international property, Compulsory Purchase and Banking. Others are formed according to needs and opportunities.
