LOCAL ESTATE AGENCY JOINS NATIONWIDE PROPERTY GROUP

West Wicklow homeowners and potential homeowners are set to benefit from local estate agency RE/MAX First decision to join Real Estate Alliance, a network of locally owned and locally-focussed auctioneers and estate agents throughout Ireland.

Based in Blessington, RE/MAX First is owned by local estate agent and long-standing IAVI member, Mr Simon Murphy. Mr. Murphy, who purchased the second RE/MAX franchise in Ireland five years ago, sees his alignment with Real Estate Alliance as a progression for him and his sales team.

Now trading as Murphy Real Estate Alliance, Simon believes that; "estate agency is about maximising the benefits to your clients at all times and, like my decision to align myself to one of the few groupings available five years ago, I feel that the our move to Real Estate Alliance will help the Blessington office maximise benefits to our existing and future clients. Our membership of Real Estate Alliance will enable us to share market knowledge with the leading, established property firms throughout the country, which will be of enormous benefit to the sales team as the leading agents in our area.�
