REAL ESTATE ALLIANCE UNVEILS NEW AD CAMPAIGN

Real Estate Alliance recently launched its new advertising campaign for 2006. The national property group, comprising 46 members nationwide, is spending 150k over the coming weeks on national and local press and radio advertising to ensure that Real Estate Alliance is front of mind as the busy property season gets underway.

The campaign begins on 5th February and includes slots on national radio stations, Radio 1 and Today FM, as well as ten local stations around the country. The campaign, devised by Generator Marketing, focuses on the fact that Real Estate Alliance agents are always thinking about property, even when theyre not in the office.

Eimer OKeeffe of Real Estate Alliance commented; with the property market so competitive at the moment its important that we are able to compete on a national platform. Real Estate Alliance ensures we have a presence in the local media, which is so important to us, but also raises our profile nationally.

In-store posters, brochures and direct mail is also being designed for the group, ensuring that Real Estate Alliances cyan and magenta colours are visible nationwide.

Real Estate Alliance had a hugely successful year in 2005 with annual sales figures reaching in excess of 4billion. The group registered in excess of 2.5billion in residential home sales in 2005, with new homes a particularly strong area with total group sales of 1.1bn.

For 2006 Real Estate Alliance will continue its focus on quality, with the longest established, most professionally qualified estate agents around the country, with all member firms being allied to I.A.V.I / S.C.S.

Real Estate Alliance member firms draw on vast experience in offering clients a top class service in residential, commercial, valuations, sales, purchases, lettings, agricultural lands as well as land development for housing sites, acquisitions, planning, zoning and professional consultancy, including rent reviews, arbitrations, CPOs, lease renewals and appraisals.
