No.16 is entered on to a sweeping driveway with a mature, well planted garden on either side. To the front there is parking for numerous cars on a tarmac driveway. To the side there is a large timber built shed that could easily be converted in to a home office or gym. The back garden is tiered and predominantly in lawn with mature hedging on the side and rear. At the bottom of the site is a wild flower garden. To the east side of the garden a pathway leads to an elevated, two roomed log cabin with full electricity connection and separate own door garden shed. The grounds are vast and the house could easily be extended to the front, side or rear subject to planning permission.

Accommodation comprises of entrance hall off which is the large front dining room and lounge with feature fireplace and stove insert. The living room is dual aspect with double sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows to take in the amazing view. The kitchen is fully fitted with separate full utility room. Off the bedroom corridor there are double bedrooms with master en-suite bathroom and full family bathroom. What was originally the vehicular garage has been converted in to bedroom with own door office off it that could easily be converted in to a fifth bedroom.
