SITUATION & DESCRIPTION:

The property occupies a desirable location in the heart of renowned farming country lying about 6km from the village of Rathmolyon, 12km from Enfield / M4 and 13km from the historic market town of Trim and just 55km Northwest of Dublin.

From Trim take the R160 road and continue towards Longwood for approximately 10km.  Turn left (see agents directional sign) onto L0322 and continue for 1.4km to T-junction.  Turn left (see agents directional sign) and continue for 0.4km whereupon the lands can be found on the left and right hand side identified by the agents for sale board.
