Description

Description
68 acre Grazing Farm located within 2 miles of Ballymote town, 14 miles from Sligo town, and less than 2 miles off the N4 (Sligo-Dublin road). This is a good quality grazing farm that can be sold in either one or two lots. Both lots are adjoining but each have independent access, so we can facilitate the sale in one or two lots. Both farms are undulating in levels and have good hedge shelters. The lands need some upgrading, but will respond very well to treatment.
