From Carrick on Shannon take the Leitrim Road, at fingerboard turn right signposted for Ballinamore. Follow this road for approx. 8km passing Lynchs of Kilclare and North West Tool Hire. At turn for Keshcarrigan take the right and continue on into the village of Keshcarrigan. Opposite Gerties take the right and continue out this road. House for sale is the only house on the right hand side with direct access onto the lake. There is a Brady 'for Sale' sign on the property.
