Directions
From Carrick on Shannon take the N4 towards Sligo & Boyle. After 7.9km from the Bridge in Carrick on Shannon turn left for Cootehall. Follow the road c. 4km and cross a bride into the village of Cootehall. Make an immediate left after the bridge. Go c. 700 meters and take a left for Knockvicar. The land is on the right side after about 900 meters.
