Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne in 1971.

We expanded in 1993 with a second office in Skerries, Co Dublin and in 2013 we opened our third office in Dublin at 34 Pembroke Street Lwr, Dublin 2. We have recently added to our Dublin base by opening a second office in Clontarf, an affluent coastal suburb on the north side of the city.

Every member of our sales, letting and valuation teams are professionally qualified. Our offices are staffed with talented property experts with a wealth of local knowledge. This enables them to deliver the very best of service to every client, whatever their property needs might be.

REA GRIMES are one of the founding member firms of Real Estate Alliance. In 2002 Paul Grimes Senior spearheaded the working group involved in the initial stages of the setting up of REA, the national property grouping of experienced, professional and qualified agents.
