Who We Are

REA (Real Estate Alliance) is a countrywide group of property professionals offering clients the resources of a national organisation, combined with the valuable knowledge of local specialists. With a network of 35 offices, all our Agents are either members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) or the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and between them offer many decades of knowledge and experience in all facets of the property market.

REA offers a national sales, valuations & asset management service. We have in-depth local knowledge, an understanding of local and regional planning policies and are thoroughly familiar with the development and market history of all regions.

The REA Quarterly Survey is a significant part of the REA Brand.

It is printed in the Irish Independent firstly every quarter and then appears in a variety of national and regional newspapers.

The story is syndicated to all newspapers and radio stations with REA agents being invited to speak on their local radio stations. Our national spokesperson will typically speak on the Pat Kenny show and the Claire Byrne show on the morning of the press release. This PR is a critical element of the overall REA brand as it brings home to the public, to vendors and so on the importance and recognisability of the REA Brand in the marketplace both nationally and locally. The value of this valuable PR exercise is over 400 print articles annually and the value of the media PR is valued at €1,187,626.00
