We provide a marketing campaign specifically tailored to your property. This includes a colour brochure, For Sale signage within the boundary of your property and uploads on the various relevant websites. We also advise you of discretionary optional extras for marketing your property.
We discuss Energy Rating (BER Cert) Requirements. A BER Cert is simply an energy label for your home, similar to that on electrical appliances. The label has a scale of A-G. We advise on how best to prepare your property for viewing. Read our tips below on how to give the best possible impression.
We keep you and your solicitor updated and up-to-speed on all interest shown in your property during the campaign.
We seek a booking deposit from the proposed purchasers (subject to contract) once we secure agreement on a potential sale. Your solicitor and the proposed purchaser's solicitor will be informed accordingly.
Contracts are then sent by your solicitor to the proposed purchaser's solicitor, signed, and the balance (if any) of the deposit is paid.
