Alan has been involved in the property industry for over 10 years and is a Director & Partner in REA Halnon McKenna.

He has worked for a number of large firms including O'Donnellan & Joyce, Hooke & MacDonald and Gunne Residential. He has an extensive knowledge of Sales, Lettings and Property Management.

Alan is responsible for all the Lettings and Property Management for REA Halnon McKenna and works between the Dublin, Galway and Wexford offices.

Ulker has 5 years of experience in the property industry and is an Associate in REA Halnon McKenna.

She has worked in Canadian company IMMO MINKO which specialises in property management and letting services. Ulker is responsible for all elements of administration and client liaison.

Éinín is currently studying auctioneering and property services, NFQ Level 6 and joined REA Halnon McKenna in August 2020.

She handles all correspondence for our lettings department and works between our Galway and Dublin offices. Éinín studied commerce in NUIG and has years of customer service experience both in Ireland and abroad.

Finola has 35 years' experience of all aspects of office administration and financial accounting. Finola is a member of the advisory board of REA Halnon McKenna.

Finola started her career in Dunnes Stores in Cork. Finola is co-founder of Rentals.ie where she acted as Director & Company Secretary.

Des has over 35 years' experience in the Irish property sector covering all aspects of Residential and Commercial real estate. Des has an in depth knowledge of property management & lettings and a hugely successful track record in advising large and small landlords and investors.

Des is a member of the Advisory Board of REA Halnon McKenna. Des is co-founder of Rentals.ie and a Director of a number of private property companies. He is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland and a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
